Adult Training Schedule

Adult Class training times are:
• Monday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (beginner and intermediate students)
• Wednesday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (beginner and intermediate students)
• Friday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (intermediate and advanced students)

Students are encouraged to come to class early to warm up and practice their kata. Students may enter the dojo 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time where additional opportunities for personal instruction are provided.

Children/Youth Training Schedule

Please have your children attend class on time. It is recommended that the children be dressed in their karate uniform at home before arriving to the class, to minimize delays in start time. Statutory holidays will be announced for class cancellation.

Children/Youth Class training times are:
• Tuesday 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM
• Thursday 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM

Free training time is available between 4:00 – 4:30pm as parent can drop their kids off anytime during that period. The instructor will be there to provide personal attention to each student.

Statutory Holidays
Classes may be cancelled or open training may be allowed. The schedule will be announced in class and students will also be notified by email.

Missing Classes
From time to time it is not possible to attend classes due to family or work commitments. If you are going to miss a class or be late arriving to a class then please be courteous and let Sensei or Sempai know in advance.

Personal Practice
The class time is for instruction. Personal practicing will help solidify the information about the skills that were taught. The amount of personal practice time is relative to your level. Students who are just starting out should practice a minimum of 5 minutes to 15 minutes daily.
